I tried removing ads on previous version to no avail. Now Im seeing more ads than ever. At least there are fewer crashes

UPDATE 12/26/2015: This app is working properly again because the developers have killed the broken update and reverted to the older version that works well and everyone likes. I hope they stay with this current interface because nobody liked the changes they were trying to introduce in the new version. The changes made the app much less convenient to use and required a lot of wasted effort to keep selecting the same things over and over. Leave well enough alone! UPDATE 12/12/2015: This app is not compatible with the latest iOS version and crashes. This used to be a decent app, but the developers have completely broken it. You cant search for any words, because AFTER EACH CHARACTER YOU TYPE an alert comes up saying "internet connection required." Never mind that youre on wi-fi and have several bars of 4G data connectivity. By the time you finish canceling this spurious warning after typing each character, the app has decided to change languages and youre hosed. The developers claim to have fixed this bug in the last update, but they didnt. They need to let us revert to the last working version, and quit messing with things they dont understand. UPDATE: Now the developers themselves are saying "dont download this update -- its defective." Thanks a lot, clowns -- my iPhone installed the update automatically. I only found out when I discovered the formerly working app was COMPLETELY NONFUNCTIONAL!

Update: Finally reverted the broken version, thanks for finally listening, although it took too long. Works great again. Give me an option to pay and I will :)

Adds are located so that it covers bottom. when you try to click on the bottom to bring up the option to move back a page or open a new window, you cant do it without having to clic on the add and a download window opening to download some crap you dont want.

Fabulous design (old one) and an excellent app. My go to app every time!! I can appreciate the changes that were being attempted, but I beg you to please, please keep the ability of having a default setting like it currently has-user friendly and quick results.

This app has been indispensable for me, a US citizen working throughout Europe. That bump in the road with the new interface was terrible. If i could make a customer /user suggestion... Dont invest so much in a user interface that is already very much loved... Maybe more access and usability. Such as a registration that allows referencing your history or important words from any device, pasting in phrases/ text. Consider a higher feature access for subscription :). Anyway... Thanks for the old interface back!

I live in France and this is my translation ace. It is exceedingly helpful, even with slang and sayings.

Love especially that I can search for any form of a verb and it accurately tells me infinitive form and identifies the tense entered. Also the "hear" option with different location options. Also the great dictionary which gives rich definitions. This is a perfect dictionary app for someone trying who is a serious student of Spanish

I have been using this terrific interface for a long time now and it is as close to perfect as one can get. I use it almost everyday as a serious Spanish student. As others have said, the recent attempt to "improve" it was unsuccessful and I am so happy it was! Please...leave this outstanding resource as it is!

Wordreference is an efficient dictionary and conjugator that I use daily. I only wish for the app to be optimized for the iPhone 6, mainly because the unoptimized app causes the keyboard to stretch out. This proves to be a problem because this can make it harder to search and type each time the app is used. Also, the developers should bring back the in app purchase for removing ads.

Be around and expand your databases forever. Include more examples, longer phrases, make it even more snazzy. Never go away. At least not until Im fluent. Even then. Just stay.

The app has been freezing up constantly-- is it just me?

Wordreference contains the most detailed and complete list of definitions for Spanish - including slang and localisms. It is really one of, if not the best references for the meaning of words. It also has a colossal verb dictionary with all possible conjugations. Keep up the good work. I rarely write reviews but this app deserves one because I use it so much. Thank you for this app.

Really? Being forced to watch a video clip after every search? Especially painful when I am not on Wifi and its using my data to do this. The developers of this app really cant decide if they want to be completely awesome or completely annoying to their users. Charge me to use it if you want, I will pay! But dont ruin it with uncontrollable pop up ads. Strike two.

Im not sure what changed in the app but I now get an ad at the top of the page in addition to the ad at the bottom of the page, and the top ad blocks part of the page. Its very annoying.
