Agree with Edgar Allen - the new update doesnt remember the last language used so you have to select it every time! This is annoying since I only use it for French class.

Personally, I think this is a great app! I use it in school and it is much more reliable then google translate. It gives specific examples and several options for translate from Spanish to Korean! I would recommend for sure 5/5 stars. Great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impossible to use with the new version.

Since a few days ago this app does not open, very dissapointed how they screwed it up

Whenever I go on, It says that it needs a connection to the Internet, and I have wifi though

When I load the French-English or what ever language I want, I get a window that says I have no internet connection and gives me the options "cancel" or "retry". I click either and continue to type the word I want and the window pops up again and it pops up every time I hit a letter but I can still get the translations after much work so I clearly dont have a bad internet connection. Whats up with this?

I hate the new format, you cant save words anymore

This used to be my favourite app but this version is unusable. Every time I enter a letter a pop up is shown indicating I need to connect to the Internet. Avoid this app. It is horrible. The last version was completely wonderful. Why change a good thing?

I used to use this app daily but the new update is so buggy that its unuseable. I keep getting a popup saying I need internet connectivity, even when Im using wifi. Fix this please!

I like this app, I really do but the new updates have it crashing all over the place. I cant type more than 6 words without it crashing and me throwing my phone at the wall in frustration. PLEASE FIX!! Also When I actually CAN get the app to work, I dont really like the fact that I have to always go in and search for the button that says "English-French" or "French- English" Id MUCH rather have it like it was before the update when it would stay the same unless you actually WANT to change it Thanks

sadly the bug hasnt gone away but I do normally use the app on a daily basis and love it nonetheless! this bug has added some challenges though as now I have to use word reference on my browser instead of the app >.< edit: now that the app has been updated and the bug is gone, it is perfect for my daily usage! thank you wordreference with my french struggles lol

This dictionary collection is the best I have found for Spanish and French. In any language, having a language form to contact real humans is invaluable as well! The app is a bit rough around the edges, but thats not saying much when compared to all the other dictionary apps available. On the bright side, the app is nice and quick, which is the point of a digital *word reference*. One bug to mention, is sometimes the box of suggested words is delayed, and doesnt appear until after the search query has been made. At this point, theres no way to close this box without selecting one of the options within it. Overall, in terms of quality of translation and depth of understanding of the subtleties of languages, wordreference has done a fantastic job.

Wordreference already is the best dictionary for everyday language, but it also is really remarkable that the developer went back to the older version because the new one was unstable. A lot of appmakers should learn from Mike.

Thank you for reverting to the old version, the new one kept crashing on me and any searches with accented characters or spaces did not work. Was very frustrating, but everything is better now. Hope to see the new design back when its fixed though, it looked very nice!

Awesome app until the last upgrade. Where did the "save to favourites" feature go? I lost all the terms Ive been saving for months:(
